School Community Association (SCA)

 The School Community Association (SCA) is a partnership with school, parents and
teachers working together to enhance the learning environment. SCA:

  • Supports the faith development and religious growth of the students in the school.

  • Helps to promote communication among the parents, teachers, and administration.

  • Provides parents with information to aid in education, growth and development of their children.

  • Supports South City Catholic Academy through hospitality, fundraising, social events and volunteer activities.

 SCA is comprised of three (3) Standing Committees

  • Fund Raising: This committee decides, with input from the General Membership, on fund raising activities during the school year.

  • Community Building: This committee promotes South City Catholic
    Academy through various materials, communications and activities.

  • Parent Education/Support: This committee aids parents and guardians in
    supporting them as the first educators of their children.
